Abstract

|
Sarcomatour change of leinmyoma is a rare entity although it is subject of daily discussion. However, rapid enlargement of the uterus or bleeding occuring in the present of known leiom- yoma postmenopausally may indicate sarcomatous change. We have met such a case recently to report it as well as it`s review of literatures briefly.
